The Mitie Podcast was a first for the business, a new venture into audio and long-form content, with no existing format to build from.
A visual identity was needed that could launch the podcast on its own terms; confident, distinctive and premium and have the ability to hold up across every future episode regardless of subject, reading as Mitie from day one.

Role: Lead Designer
Integrated Campaign, Demand Generation, Brand & Creative Direction
Solution
I led the visual identity and creative direction, building a system rooted in the new brand while giving the podcast its own recognisable, ownable presence as a content sub-brand.
The design was built directly from the new brand strategy, leading with the 3D-rendered fabric device in the core brand colours. Because the identity was anchored in the brand itself rather than any single episode's subject matter, it held up regardless of what each episode covered.
A dedicated 'The Mitie Podcast' lockup gave the format a fixed identity that audiences could recognise at a glance.
